  • 10 minute cardio (warmup)
  • Adductor 1x12 42.5kg 2x12 40kg
  • Sit Leg press 1x15 40kg (warmup) 3x12 60kg 
  • Abductor 3x12 45kg
  • Leg curl 3x12 30kg
  • Hamstring curl 3x8 10kg
  • Leg extension 1x12 30kg, 3x8 40kg
