I got my period. Gym went pretty well.
- 10 minutes treadmill (5 hill, 5km/h)
- 1x15 leg press, 30kg - 1x15 leg press, 50kg - 2x12, 60kg, - 1x10 70kg
- 1x15 abductors, 30kg - 1x12, 35kg - 1x12, 37.5kg
- 1x15 leg curl, 20kg - 2x12, 22.5kg
- 1x10 leg extension, 25kg - 3x8, 30kg
There was a girl in the gym who came in some time after me who was wearing a Dead Kennedy's shirt. Made me super excited. I hope she is there next week so i can talk to her! She was headbanging to her music ever so slightly between her sets and i have never seen anyone else do that except for me lol. I would love to have a female gym friend, that would be so cool. There was also a really cool old timer car outside and i am pretty sure it was hers cause it wasn't there when i arrived at the gym and she came in later, so i think it is hers!!!
Yesterday i felt really tired, bloated, and i barely got out of bed and today i got my period, so that explains that. I am bleeding pretty heavily so i am happy i got to go to the gym. Usually i get my period on Sunday so i am actually happy i have it now so it wont bother me too much next week when i will go to the gym alone. My worst days will be in the weekend so that's cool i guess.
My adductors still hurt from Tuesday. I barely could walk for the last few days lol. Last night i did some stretching and that helped a lot. I feel better today, but i still feel it.
I am not hungry at all today and my head hurts. Yesterday i didn't eat much either. I at least got my oatmeal and protein smoothie in today, but i don't know if i will be eating much else. Hopefully i feel some sense of hunger tomorrow.
