Work-out done! Weekend time!!! Today i did:
- 10 minutes treadmill: 5 incline, 5kmh
- 3x10 leg press, 50kg
- 3x10 abductors, 30kg
- 3x10 leg extension, 20kg
- 2x10 cable kickbacks, 7kg
- 3x10 leg curls, 25 kg
I got up too late this morning. I rolled out of bed at 11.30AM and i had to be at the gym at 12.30AM. Oops! So yeah, i was like 5 minutes late, but luckily the trainer was also a bit later cause there was an accident on the road. No worries. We did leg day today. He made me do some exercises and he was like "yeah i never really go on these machines myself". And it's like... didn't you study for this? WTH! He also made me do cable kickbacks and he had no idea how to do it and i also told him that i had "studied" them a year ago and i couldn't feel my glutes/legs when i did them, and the same happened again now, so i would like to not do them next time tbh. We started with a warm up session as well and i think i want to go there earlier on Fridays so i can do my own warm up session and we can just work-out together the rest of the time. But i am happy at least that leg day will be on Friday! There was btw also no one at the gym when we got in. There were more people later on. There was also a cute guy who kept looking at me 🙈
Right now i am sipping on some clear protein, because i wasn't in the mood to make my full on protein. I only took one scoop so i will have to drink another glass of this protein later on so i get the full 20 grams. I mix it with 7up or Sprite (or a dollar store version) and it tastes so good that way! I make sure that the drink is 0 sugar so i don't get additional calories in my drink, but yeah... also if i drink the clear protein every day + make a banana chocolate vanilla protein mylkshake then i already consumed 40 grams of protein for like 200-300 calories, which is pretty chill.
