Chill (upper body)

Yesterday i hit such a high protein!!! It was because i bought this pack of seitan bits. It was 150 grams, 246 calories and 45 protein! So much protein for such little calories. I made it with pasta. It was kind of expensive though which SUCKS (4 euros for the entire pack i believe), but it is definitely something i want to keep eating. Today went pretty well. Wish i had gotten up a bit earlier but overall a good day. I ate 1,633 calories and 69.1 protein.


I also did upper-body:

  • shoulder shrugs on pull up bar 3x6
  • bent over rows 3x10 (6kg)
  • bar curls 3x12 (6kg)
  • arnold press 3x8 (4kg)
  • sitting twists 3x12
  • side bends 3x12 (10kg) (kettlebell)

I told my roommate yesterday about his morning habits and he listened cause this morning i didn't wake up!!!! I woke up at 11, which was when my alarm went. I had trouble with keeping my eyes open so i kept dozing off so i got out a bit later than i wanted, but it was okay. Before my appointment i cleaned up my apartment a little bit and all was good. After my appointment i immediately walked my dog and afterwards i did my upper body workout. During my upper-body workout i realized that i hadn't stretched yet so i did that once i was done.

Today i will probably not hit the same high protein but i don't really care. I also ate a bit more calories yesterday because i ate some chocolate in the evening/night cause i was craving food for some reason.
