Today i met up with my PT. It was a little bit awkward, but it went pretty well. We did some tests and at the end we did 20 minutes of cardio: 5km up hill 5k/mh. I was sweating at the end!!!
I was obviously 5 minutes late again today. I don't even know why. I was ready and stuff. I even sat around and did nothing for 20 minutes before leaving. Oh well... i got weighed and stuff. Don't know how much i weigh. Not interested. Don't want to know. I only ever cared about weighing myself on an empty stomach in the morning. The rest doesn't matter. They also measured my fat and some other stuff. Then we did a 6 minute "bike test" that wasn't a bike test. I had to walk around pylons for like 6 minutes? What is that going to prove? LOL. Wouldn't it make more sense to put me on a treadmill for 6 minutes and keep pushing up the speed and then measuring it again 4 weeks later to see if i am doing better? Oh well... weird. Had to also keep my heart rhythm before and after doing that. And he measured it by... me putting my finger on my wrist and counting? Wouldn't it be better to have those heart meter things lol wth. Anyways. Then i had to do some weird 1 minute sit up thing, but it wasn't really and it was really painful and my neck hurt doing it. I didn't like that one and my abs didn't even hurt. If he really wants to test peoples tolerance when it comes to doing ab exercises see how many bicycle situps they can do. That shit is THE WORST.
After all that we had some time left over and i said lets do cardio and i did 5km/h with 5 uphill. I told him my sob story background while we did that. It was funny cause i was out of breath and sweating and he was doing 4km/h with 0 uphill.
Anyways, i told him that i would like to have a split of legs and arms, but i told him that i would leave it up to him to decide what we will do on Friday, but now that i had some thinking power i think i want Friday leg day and Tuesday arm day. Because that way i can do my own leg day on Monday and even on Wednesday if i wanted to and then have an upper body on Tuesday and maybe even Thursday cause i recover from those faster (depending on what i do). If i do leg day on Tuesday then i basically can't do any other leg day. I might have to message him idk yet.
When i came home i bought an ice cream from the store that i shared with my dog! I then took her for a walk. I only ate 1,002 today. I will probably eat a small midnight snack but it will probably not succeed 150 calories so i am far, far below what i need to eat today. I also only ate 50~ grams of protein so that isn't great either.
Later in the evening i edited a poster for my band. We currently have a drummer but we aren't very happy with his commitment. He often cancels, because he is sick or he goes to parties. We only practice once a week so when he cancels it really hits us. We usually practice on Sundays, so we are annoyed with him not wanting to move it to another day in the week. Like yeah, he has school, and he has to work, but most of us have commitments during the day but we would still like to practice as often as possible during the week, so we want to find a new drummer who can commit to our band more often. Our current drummer also lives further away, so having someone who maybe lives more nearby would be cool. I finished the poster and tried to print it, but i am out of ink so i might go to the store tomorrow to buy some new ink! I want those posters up and running YESTERDAY.
