Today is gym day! But i have to go on my own cause apparently the dude has some type of coaching day again from his job. So i will train my legs today and then Friday i will do upper body with the PT. A little bit annoyed but at least i can go to the gym earlier now. I even went to bed early so i could get up early!
I will vent a bit under the jump break about my weekend and what i will be doing this week.
- Elliptical 5 (1min) 6 (4min) 7 > 8 > 7 > 6 > 5 (all for 1 minute)
- Leg press 1x15 (30kg), 4x12 (50-60kg), 1x10 (70kg)
- Abductor 1x15 (35kg), 3x12 (40kg)
- Leg curl 3x12 (27.5kg), 1x12 (25kg)
- Adductor (stretch) 2x15 (27.5kg), 2x12 (30kg)
- Leg extension 1x12 (30 kg), 3x8 (35kg), 2x4 2x3 (35kg) 1x6 4x4 3x3 (30kg)
So this weekend we were supposed to go to the concert, right? Well my roommate planned everything wrong and we ended up missing 2 of our trains to the big city which meant we were going to miss the band he wanted to see the most, so we ended up not going at all. He started to get tired around 10PM already and i was kind of annoyed by that cause i wanted to have a fun Saturday, even if we weren't going to the show. I even bought us pizza! He wasn't grateful at all (of course he wasn't). So i ended up having fun on my own with gaming and talking to online friends till like 6 in the morning. That kind of ruined my sleeping schedule, on Sunday i ended up going to bed at like 7 in the morning sooo yeahhh... yesterday i tried to not drink any caffeine and didn't take my meds so i could go to sleep early which is what i ended up doing. Success! Got up at 10 this morning.
As i wrote earlier, Monday i didn't do anything. Tuesday (today) i will do lower body at the gym. Then Wednesday (tomorrow) i will do upper body at home. Thursday i will do lower body at home. And Friday i will do upper body in the gym. I am also thinking to do core exercises at least 15 minutes every day, to get into it again. Cause i keep not doing it. I keep hiccupping against having to do it for so long so i think if i just make it 15 minutes it should be better. Just doing one or two exercises for 15 minutes.
I also already planned out what i want to eat for today, so i don't overeat again. My stomach is so bloated. I feel bloated. It isn't a nice feeling, so i really want to shed those pounds.
