Today are the American elections. I don't really care that much tbh. I am a little bit burned out by it all. My Youtube frontpage is currently filled with Youtubers who i sometimes watch livestreaming, which is kind of funny. I tuned into all of them and they are all kind of boring so now i had wished i was livestreaming. Oh well...
Today at the gym it went pretty well. Upper body with dumbbells again. I have no idea half the sh*t i am doing lol. I will have to ask my PT about the exercises that i do so i can properly write it down here. I was also on time today (appointment at 14.30, i am there at 14.15 to do cardio) but my PT was already there. So i asked if he maybe wants to meet earlier? Because today i was ready to go at like 1PM and i was being annoyed that i had to wait for over an hour to go, so yeah, we have now decided that i will be there at 2PM. So at least that.
There was also one of the "bigger men" at the gym there. He always wears shorts lol. He is a bit older than most people there. He's really nice. He gives like a nice vibe energy~ that i like. At one point he was working out next to me and he was huffing and puffing lol. Good for him!
For the adductors i did at the end i finally got to put the seat at 5 instead of 6 and that helped soooo much. I immediately felt the difference and the stretch in my adductors. It felt so good! I've been having DOMs in my addies ever since. Yay! I also had to go down in weight cause of it, which is good!!!

I've also started counting calories again today. Cause when i sat down in front of the mirror today to do my exercises i had my ugly fat roll and i hated it so much. I talked about it with my PT, and it made me realize i need to do more ab exercises and also eat better. I am thinking about maybe doing heavy cardio tomorrow at the gym and when i come home to do ab exercises. I also think i've been eating more than i thought. Today i made dinner and stuff and i was like "that's not that much" but when i counted everything i already ate today i was already close to 1,500 calories soooo yeah... I think i just have to go back to intermittent fasting on days where i don't do heavy workouts or whatever. I am pretty sure i have been eating about 2,000 calories daily, if not more. Which is too much for my small frame. If i can hold on for at least two months from eating shitty foods i think i'll be fine.
I am really craving an oven pizza that my roommate sometimes makes. I used to eat those on my cheat days but i haven't had one since forever. It doesn't even taste like a real pizza, but it has this distinct taste that i sometimes crave. And currently i am really craving it. I just can't eat it when my roommate is around. It feels weird. I just want to enjoy it on my own. So, if i manage to curb my calories this week i will buy the pizza and eat it when my roommate is at work, or asleep. I am already excited and looking forward to it LOL how tragic!!! I just checked and the pizza only has 853 calories and 37g protein, so it isn't that bad! I could easily eat two BWHAHAHA. But no, i can probably catch a minimum of 80g of protein the day i eat it, if i plan my meals correctly. I could eat a protein desert (190c/20g) then im at 1,043 calories and 57 grams of protein... i checked some of my meals and meat replacements, but most of them are 300 calories for 20 grams of protein. My protein bars are about 200 calories for 20 grams of protein. Eh. We'll see!
I think i should also aim for about 70-80g of protein at first. Then when i consistently hit that i can go up until i hit the 120g target easily. I don't think i have enough muscle right now to warrant a high calorie consumption so i don't want to overdo it. I believe leanbeafpatty eats like 1,500-2000 calories a day and she is way bigger than me, so i shouldn't aim to be like her just yet.
