Changing it up

I wanted to work-out at home today, but i still have DOMs (even in my butt, woah), so i wont. I will do some stretches tho. There's a heatwave again so that's cool (it's not). I think instead of mon/fri i will just do leg work-out on mon/thu at the gym for now. Or i will make it fluid where i can pick a day that suits me best. I'll see. At the end of the month i will incorporate upper body again (with focus on my back) and i might do 3 leg days, but i think for now the two leg days is fine. I don't want to make the same mistake as last year where i over-train while it's hot, or i make promises to myself i can't keep.
